This Old Testament book can be confusing and daunting, and it’s tempting to bypass or overlook. But this is an essential part of God’s Word which emphasises the holiness of God, the awfulness of our sin, and the costly price of reconciliation.
If we skip Leviticus, we ultimately won’t fully appreciate the significance of Christ’s sacrifice, his priestly role, and the great work of atonement.
