Church Planting – Shoalhaven Reformed Baptist Fellowship

Jesus said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew28:18-20).

God has declared that disciples are to be made throughout the world and the practical outworking of the Great Commission assumes healthy biblical churches will be established wherever these disciples are found.

To that end, some members of Stanmore Baptist Church will begin gathering for fellowship and worship with other locals at Greenwell Point Union Church (31 Jervis St, Greenwell Point NSW 2540) on the second Sunday of each month at 10.30am.

The first meeting will be on Easter Sunday, 9th April and will continue for several months on 14th May, 11th June and 9th July etc. More regular meetings will be arranged over time, with the ultimate goal of seeking to establish a new local Reformed Baptist Church in the Shoalhaven area. Until a new church is formally constituted, the fellowship meetings will operate under the oversight of Stanmore Baptist Church.

Please pray for the Lord to guide, direct and establish this important work.
