This message sets the scene for our 2024 sermon series in Isaiah “Behold our God”. Why do we need to consider who God is, His character and attributes? Ch 1 reminds us that God’s people are often forgetful and may think more highly of themselves that they ought. Isaiah, son of Amoz, reminds them God is a God of justice, but also a God of Salvation. Have we come to God when our sins are like scarlet, to be washed whiter than snow?
