In this first message, we are introduced to key characters, themes and the story of Esther. The parallels to our day are unmistakable. Like the Jews, we might be tempted to question God’s plans and purposes when we are under foreign rule and power. Esther reminds us that God is always with His people and places them where needed. God ensures that He will keeps His gospel promises.
