As Paul concludes his second missionary journey, he visits Ephesus briefly and returns to Antioch. He had earlier longed to be in Asia, but had been prevented, and now it seems like he is passing over this important city. We see the hand of God providentially moving Paul on, and raising up other gospel workers to proclaim Christ.
